accounts, advertising platforms, and any other platforms required for the provision of
services.

Confidentiality

4.1 The Company and the client agree to treat all non-public information received from
each other as confidential. Such information shall not be disclosed to third parties without
the written consent of the other party, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

5.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or
special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or services
provided by the Company.

Indemnification

6.1 Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless iKeino LTD, its employees, agents, and
affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the
client’s use of the Website or the Company’s services.

7.1 The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. iKeino LTD is not
responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these external sites and resources.

Termination

other party. Any outstanding fees or obligations shall be settled prior to termination.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

the jurisdiction in which iKeino LTD is registered. Any disputes arising out of this
Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between iKeino LTD and the client
regarding the use of the Website and the provision of digital marketing services. Any
changes or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon
by both parties.

By using the Website and engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
